Do you offer a trial period for new golf clubs?
Yes! We offer a 30-day 'Play Better' guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your new clubs, you can return them for store credit or an exchange, even if they have been used on the course.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement immediately.
